    The classes have been masterfully designed by Iryna Bilchenko, a fitness and healthcare professional with over 30 years of experience. Taking into consideration our other services, she has developed our fitness and rehab classes to work as effective continuing care to our other treatments.

(Manual Osteopathic Therapist) and RMT (Registered Massage Therapist). That’s why our programs come from a source of holistic understanding of body mechanics.
