Rostyslav Bilchenko

Dr. Bilchenko was trained as a Medical Doctor – Urologist in the Europe. He used to work in Kharkiv County Urology Hospital, focusing on prostatic, bladder, varico- and ovaricocele issues. Also he was worldwide trained as Physician- physiotherapist and Manual Medicine Practitioner.
As a International Medical Doctor he used to work in cooperation with German and Austrian specialists and got Certification in Conservative Treatment of Scoliosis and other Spinal Deformities from Dr. Weiss ( German Scoliosis Academy).
In Canada Dr. Bilchenko got his Diploma of Manual Osteopathic Practitioner and now he specializes in Visceral Manipulation ( Urogynikology, Urology and Digestive disorders). He certified in VM from Barral Institute (UK).
Rostyslav is passionate about yoga and in 2021 he became Registered Yoga Teacher, guiding his clients on their journey towards health body, mind and spirit.
Dr. Bilchenko is a co-founder of the Back to Health Osteopathy and Wellness.

Iryna Bilchenko

Iryna is a health care and fitness professional with more than 30 years of extensive experience.

Having worked at the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute and the Ukrainian Scientific Research Institute of Rehabilitation and Prosthetics, she is skilled at working with people who have various disabilities. She also has experience with developing and teaching programs including prenatal and postpartum, TRX®️ , INSANITY LIVE®️ , PIYO®️ , P90X®️ programs for groups and individuals of different ages, genders, and ability levels.

In January 2019 she became an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, assisting the patient's body in healing itself.

From April 2022 Iryna started working as a Registered Massage Therapist.

As of September of 2022, Iryna became a Registered Yoga Teacher.

Yaroslav Bilchenko

Yaroslav is a highly qualified Registered Massage Therapist with a strong commitment to client-centered care. He completed the Massage Therapy program at Georgian College, one of the few programs in Ontario accredited by the Canadian Massage Therapy Council for Accreditation (CMTCA).

With experience in various healthcare settings, Yaroslav is dedicated to providing holistic and client-centred care to his clients at Back To Health Osteopathy and Wellness. While he's a recent addition to the healthcare practitioners' team, he also plays a key role in managing the dynamic administrative processes at Back To Health Osteopathy and Wellness.

Yaroslav is not only a skilled RMT but also holds a double major in Economics and Politics from the University of Toronto. He brings a passion for helping people and a strong belief in the holistic approach to healthcare. Yaroslav is a valuable addition to the Back to Health Osteopathy and Wellness team.

Patrick Fan

Originally from Taiwan, Yau-Lin (Patrick) Fan brings a unique blend of discipline, compassion, and technical precision to his massage therapy practice. His path has taken him across continents, combining diverse experiences that now shape his holistic approach to client care.

Patrick graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Georgian College in August 2023, where he developed a deep understanding of how the body, mind, and spirit work together in healing. Before beginning his healthcare journey, Patrick worked in quality control at Unimicron and completed a military service in Taiwan, which fostered resilience, focus, and a strong sense of teamwork. The qualities he learned from these continue to guide his work with clients today.

Driven by curiosity and personal growth, Patrick moved to Canada to pursue higher education and professional training. His time at Georgian College broadened his perspective and deepened his appreciation for cultural diversity and patient-centered care.

Now a Registered Massage Therapist, Patrick integrates his technical precision with a warm, empathetic touch. His goal is to help clients restore balance, relieve tension, and promote their overall well-being. He looks forward to building lasting relationships through thoughtful, effective, and compassionate treatment.

Registered Psychotherapist

Valeriya Demydenko

Valeriya Demydenko is a dedicated Registered Psychotherapist who specializes in helping her clients navigate life’s most difficult emotional challenges with clear and compassionate support. Valeriya’s holistic approach allows clients to explore their inner world in an empowering, deeply restorative way, informed by the latest psychological research and psychotherapeutic medicine. 

Valeriya is trained in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and person-centered psychotherapy, each of which has its place for different psychotherapy needs and clients. By using each of these approaches when they work best, she helps clients recognize long-standing emotional patterns, develop better coping skills, and build a stronger foundation of self-compassion to go out into their lives with greater emotional resilience. 

In her sessions, clients can expect a calm, non-judgmental environment where their experiences are honored and their stories are met with empathy. Some of the issues Valeriya works with include difficulties with trauma, anxiety, depression, relational struggles, and transitional periods. 

Overall, Valeriya, RP,  is committed to making therapy a deeply supportive experience. Her number one goal is to help clients re-establish balance in their emotional, physical, and relational lives through collaborative, integrative therapy.

Registered Dietitian

Arina Cazac

Arina Cazac is a dedicated Registered Dietitian who is helping individuals build healthier, more confident relationships with food. Her extensive experience bridges understanding across clinical nutrition, diabetes education, and community health. 

After completing her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics at Brescia University College, Arina, went on to earn her Dietetic Education and Practical Training diploma, where she trained in practices across Ontario. For her clinical rotations, she worked at London Health Sciences Centre and St. Joseph’s Health Care London, strengthening her expertise in nephrology, bariatric and surgical nutrition, pediatrics, internal medicine, and therapeutic diets. 

While working in different hospital settings, Arina, has also been involved in community outreach. She has volunteered as a nutrition educator, led youth-focused seminars on healthy living and sports nutrition, and has offered her support and time to a variety of local organizations. Arina is committed to lifelong learning and staying up to date with emerging nutrition research so she can continue providing clear, simplified, science-backed guidance to her clients. As a result, Arina is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree at TMU in Nutrition Communication, where she will further develop expertise needed to translate complex nutrition science into engaging, impactful messages that inspire lasting behavior change. ​​

Arina believes nutrition should feel achievable, supportive, and personalized for each person. That’s why she works closely with her clients to create sustainable plans grounded in science rather than providing blanket strict rules or restrictions. Her approach is rooted in empathy and respect, helping individuals to navigate their specific health challenges.
