Refund policy

At Back To Health Osteopathy and Wellness LTD, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide you with the best possible experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with our hassle-free return and exchange policy.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

  1. Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.
  2. Wrong Size or Fit: If you ordered the wrong size or the product doesn't fit as expected, you can request an exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate the exchange process.
  3. Unmet Expectations: If the product you ordered doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it for a refund or exchange. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to initiate the process.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Products that have been heavily used, damaged, or altered.
  • Products without their original packaging and tags.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team via email at info@b2hclinic.ca or through our online contact form. Please provide your order number and details about the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Return Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with approval and instructions for returning the product.
  3. Package the Item: Pack the product securely in its original packaging or a similar protective packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include a copy of the original packing slip or your order confirmation email.
  4. Ship the Item: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or defective items.

Processing Returns:

  • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria for returns.
  • For approved returns, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days of receiving the product.

Refund Options:

If you choose a refund, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a few business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

Exchange Options:

  • If you choose an exchange, we will ship the replacement product to you within 3 business days of approving the exchange request. If the requested item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternative options. Please note that the client is responsible for covering the return shipping fee as well as the additional shipping fee for the replacement item.
