As our primary location, the Maple Clinic offers all of our services, including our Yoga and Fitness classes, which have their own room in the facility. For example, a better-feeling body makes the mind less stressed, worried, and anxious. As we know, exercise releases endorphins, a natural pain-killer, while stretching and flexibility can relieve muscle tension, which is connected with things like back pain and headaches. A calm, rested mind can, in turn, better rest the body, allowing it to naturally relax. These connections create a positive feedback loop - meaning, as one helps the body, it helps the mind, which in turn helps the body again. This cycle is part of what it means to take a holistic approach to health and well-being.
