Individual sessions is the best way to have all your questions answered. The time will be spent however you like. Session can be help online ( via Zoom) or In person.
We highly recommends that you watch one of the Diastasis videos or read Together Tummy Book to learn to 4 steps of the Tupler Technique® before your appointments. This way you make the best use of your session. If you are not able to watch the video or read her book before your session, you will need to schedule a longer session so that the Tupler Technique® will be explained from scratch. This will then be a two (2) hour session! It will be more economical to watch the video before the session then to pay for an extra hour.
